a healthy life?

I’d like to thank all of you for good suggestions, and links to various websites.
There was a lot of salad talk, which is awesome as I love salad.
So I thought i’d share my dinnerlist in a random order.
-chicken salad with lettuce,sweetcorn,tomato and light feta cheese, oh and wholemeal pitabread,
-reducded fat chicken tikka filler, rice in wholemeal wrap
-turkey and wholemeal pasta

they’re all on average 500kcal, I think, some more and some are less.
and they will last 2 days, well if they don’t i will think of something else for the inbetween days.

Next week I’m going to try and find something with fish, i just hope it won’t cost too much, because this week I managed to spend less than £20 on three meals for 6 days🙂
And I am going to the gym today and tomorrow, and hopefully I’m going climbing one day this week too, and I am thinking at least one more session at the gym, if not I have body balance on sunday anyway.

  4. ah, herlig.Det er godt å spise sunt, man får så mye mer energi til overs:)
    Men jeg spiser ikke kjøtt da, så noen ganger er det ikke like enkelt for meg å finne ut hva jeg kan spise, men men, med hjelp av internett så kan jeg vel finne noe🙂

    I’d recommend cutting out sweetcorn and ‘p’ vegetables (potatoes, peas, parsnips) like they do on slimming world too …

    Although, if you can’t resist, a jacket potato with beans is surprisingly healthy and will fill you up for ages …

  9. Wow, så flink du har vært, og maten du viste bildet av så jo kjempegod ut da!🙂 Selv får jeg mye mer energi når jeg spiser sunt, selv om jeg ikke er så flink alltid som jeg kanskje burde. Syntes også salat er utrolig godt, og er jo også veldig enkelt om man bare tar seg litt tid til å lage det! ^^ Lykke til videre🙂

  10. That salad looks absolutely DELICIOUS. I love salad. The problem is that I like chips, burgers and steaks on top of the lettuce =P
