I’d like to thank all of you for good suggestions, and links to various websites.
There was a lot of salad talk, which is awesome as I love salad.
So I thought i’d share my dinnerlist in a random order.
-chicken salad with lettuce,sweetcorn,tomato and light feta cheese, oh and wholemeal pitabread,
-reducded fat chicken tikka filler, rice in wholemeal wrap
-turkey and wholemeal pasta
they’re all on average 500kcal, I think, some more and some are less.
and they will last 2 days, well if they don’t i will think of something else for the inbetween days.
Next week I’m going to try and find something with fish, i just hope it won’t cost too much, because this week I managed to spend less than £20 on three meals for 6 days🙂
And I am going to the gym today and tomorrow, and hopefully I’m going climbing one day this week too, and I am thinking at least one more session at the gym, if not I have body balance on sunday anyway.
