I want a healthier life, I mean going to the gym often doesn’t do much good if what I eat is unhealthy.
sure when you’re cooking for one, pizza is the easy option, or just a pack of rice..
I need some good recipes, healthy and nutritious ones, easy to make for one or ocasionally two people should my dear housemate grace me with her presence at dinnertime once in a while. I mean I don’t mind the same food two days in a row either.
Now that easter is almost over and most of the candy has disappeared, I want to do a second try on making myself feel good. I am going to put away the candy again soon, and do a second lent, kinda, give it up again and this time last the full 6 weeks or maybe even longer, my skin would probably appreciate a full stop of the sweet stuff.
So do you guys want to help me create a cookbook of healthy dishes? oh and it would be an advantage if it was cheap as well.
Because quite frankly I’m sick of being ugly, big and alone, someone most people wouldn’t even look at twice unless their life depended on it. I want to feel good about myself, but I want to do so in a healthy way.
I want my skin to clear up, I’m 24 with a face full of spots.. and since I’m still jobless and spend most of my days watch tv-series online or go to the gym, I do also have time to experiment in the kitchen.. if I make your dish and it’s successful I will of course share my experience and give you the full credit.
